National Railway Museum. You don't have to be a railway
enthusiast to have a great day out. Just a 20 minute walk from
the York Rowntree Caravan Club Site.
The Yorkshire Sculpture Park located just below Leeds
about 1 mile from M1 Junction 38. An extensive park with lots of
displays by Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth and others. There
must be hundreds of sculptures scattered across the park which
makes an interesting day out. Well worth a visit if passing en
route for a couple of hours break / rest.
